The 1312K is a self-aligning ball bearing with a 60 mm tapered bore (1:12 taper), designed to accommodate angular misalignment between shaft and housing. The double-row design provides radial load capacity while the spherical outer ring raceway allows the bearing to compensate for mounting deflection or shaft misalignment.
Self-aligning ball bearings are commonly used in applications where precise shaft-to-housing alignment is difficult to maintain, such as agricultural equipment, conveyor systems, woodworking machinery, and general industrial applications where shaft deflection or mounting errors may occur.
