The 23138 is a spherical roller bearing with a 190mm bore diameter, 320mm outside diameter, and 104mm width. Spherical roller bearings feature two rows of barrel-shaped rollers running on a common spherical outer ring raceway, providing self-aligning capability to compensate for shaft deflection and misalignment.
These bearings are commonly used in heavy industrial applications including mining equipment, construction machinery, pulp and paper mills, and gearboxes where high radial loads, moderate thrust loads, and misalignment accommodation are required. The self-aligning design helps extend bearing life in applications with shaft bending or housing mounting errors.
