Self-aligning ball bearings feature two rows of balls running on a spherical outer ring raceway, allowing the bearing to compensate for angular misalignment between the shaft and housing. This 1215 K bearing has a 75 mm tapered bore (1:12 taper) for direct mounting onto tapered shafts or adapter sleeves.
These bearings are commonly used in applications where shaft deflection or mounting errors may cause misalignment, such as agricultural equipment, conveyor systems, woodworking machinery, and fans. The double-row design provides good radial load capacity while maintaining self-aligning capability.
