The 2MM9104WI DUL is a super-precision angular contact ball bearing supplied as a duplex universal set of two flush-ground bearings. This set features a 20mm bore, 42mm outside diameter, 15° contact angle, and maximum-capacity internal design suitable for low to moderate speed applications. Manufactured to Timken P4S precision class with ABEC 7 dimensional tolerances and ABEC 9 running accuracy, with light preload applied.
Duplex universal sets provide flexibility in mounting arrangements—back-to-back for maximum rigidity and moment load capacity, face-to-face for wider effective bearing spread, or tandem for increased radial load capacity. These open bearings are typically used in machine tool spindles, precision gearboxes, and other applications requiring high accuracy and controlled axial play under moderate speeds.
