23236K

The 23236K is a spherical roller bearing with a 180 mm tapered bore (1:12 taper) from the 232 series. Spherical roller bearings feature two rows of barrel-shaped rollers running on a common spherical outer ring raceway, providing self-aligning capability to accommodate shaft deflection and misalignment.

These bearings are designed for heavy radial loads and moderate thrust loads in both directions. Common applications include industrial gearboxes, mining equipment, paper mill machinery, construction equipment, and marine propulsion systems where shaft misalignment or deflection is present.
