The 22311K-C3 is a spherical roller bearing with a 55 mm tapered bore (1:12 taper) and C3 radial internal clearance. The tapered bore design allows for mounting directly on tapered shafts or on cylindrical shafts using adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves.

Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning and designed to accommodate heavy radial loads and moderate axial loads in both directions. They are commonly used in applications subject to shaft deflection or misalignment, including mining equipment, industrial gearboxes, paper mills, and construction machinery.
