22208K Spherical roller bearing

The 22208K is a spherical roller bearing with a 40 mm tapered bore (1:12 taper) from the 222 series. Spherical roller bearings feature two rows of barrel-shaped rollers running on a common spherical outer ring raceway, providing self-aligning capability to accommodate shaft deflection and misalignment.

These bearings are commonly used in heavy industrial applications including mining equipment, construction machinery, pulp and paper processing, and gearboxes where misalignment compensation and high radial load capacity are required. The tapered bore design facilitates mounting on tapered shafts or adapter sleeves.
