The 21311K is a spherical roller bearing from the 213 series with a 55 mm tapered bore (1:12 taper). Spherical roller bearings feature two rows of barrel-shaped rollers running on a common spherical outer ring raceway, providing self-aligning capability to accommodate shaft deflection and misalignment.
These bearings are commonly used in heavy industrial applications including mining equipment, construction machinery, pulp and paper mills, and gearboxes where high radial loads, moderate thrust loads, and compensation for shaft misalignment are required. The tapered bore design facilitates mounting on tapered shafts or adapter sleeves.
