Self-aligning ball bearings feature two rows of balls running on a spherical outer ring raceway, allowing the bearing to compensate for angular misalignment between shaft and housing. This 10mm bore unit has a tapered 1:12 bore for secure mounting directly onto tapered shafts or with adapter sleeves.
Commonly used in applications where shaft deflection or mounting errors are expected, including agricultural equipment, conveyor systems, and general industrial machinery where alignment maintenance is difficult or where thermal expansion causes misalignment.
