These Billing Terms govern all purchase transactions made through BearingWholesale.net, operated by BearingWholesale LLC, a Wyoming-registered limited liability company.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Order Confirmation & Charges
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. For B2B wholesale orders, we may contact you to verify order details — including brand and specifications — before your payment is fully processed and your order is shipped.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the tax laws of the applicable jurisdiction. BearingWholesale LLC is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax where required by law.
Invoicing
An order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately upon purchase. This confirmation serves as your invoice. For B2B customers requiring a formal invoice, please contact us at sales@bearingwholesale.net.
Refunds & Credits
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please see our Refund Policy for full eligibility details. We do not offer store credit in lieu of refunds unless requested by the customer.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at sales@bearingwholesale.net or call +1 (307) 318-2252 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and directly.
Fraud Prevention
BearingWholesale LLC reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of our Terms of Service. Affected customers will be notified and any charges will be refunded.
